Show Off Your BodyLuxe Results — In Real Life

This is an optional feature for existing BodyLuxe patients who want to share their results in real-life settings (for example: at the beach, on vacation, at dinner, at an event, etc.). You submit a lifestyle “after” photo, and we may create a short video that transitions from your BodyLuxe pre‑op photo (taken at the clinic) to your lifestyle photo.

This feature is available to:

• Existing BodyLuxe PLLC patients (past procedures)

• Adults 18+

• Patients who are comfortable signing the consent/authorization form included in the upload process

No. Participation is completely optional and does not affect your medical care, follow-ups, or future treatment with BodyLuxe.

Typically, you’ll submit:

1. One lifestyle “after” photo (example: beach, restaurant, vacation, night out)

2. Any optional notes (privacy preferences, what you’d like us to say, etc.)

We already have your pre‑op photo(s) from the day of your procedure and will use those for the “before” portion if you authorize it.

No. For most patients, we use your original pre‑op photos taken at BodyLuxe (if you consent). You only need to upload your lifestyle “after” photo.

Yes—feel free to upload more than one if the form allows, or submit again later. We may select the best one for video quality and consistency.

The best submissions are:

• Clear and well-lit

• High resolution (not blurry)

• Shows your results in a natural setting

• Minimal filters (filters can reduce the realism of the transition)

No. You can submit any lifestyle photo you’re comfortable with. Fully clothed photos are welcome.

Yes—only if you want to. You’ll have the option to request:

• No face shown (cropped or covered)

• No identifying marks (tattoos, birthmarks, etc. blurred/cropped)

• Tagging allowed or not allowed

We will follow the privacy preference you select in the consent form.

We strongly recommend submitting a photo where only you are visible.
If other people are clearly identifiable, we may ask you to submit a different photo or we may crop/blur them—because we need permission from anyone identifiable.

If approved, your content may be posted on BodyLuxe platforms such as:

• Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts)

• TikTok

• Website

• Other marketing/educational channels (as described in the consent form)

Only if you specifically choose to be tagged and provide your handle. Otherwise, we can post without tagging, or we can use first name/initials (depending on your preference).

An AI transition is a short visual effect that smoothly transforms the pre‑op image into the lifestyle “after” image in a video format. We currently use Higgsfield.ai to create these transitions.

This helps create a polished Reel that is:

• Short

• Engaging

• Easy to understand visually

The transition is based on your real before-and-after images, but AI-generated frames may introduce visual changes during the transition (for example: backgrounds, lighting, clothing details, and motion). These intermediate frames are computer-generated and are meant to visually connect your real photos.

Because AI creates “in-between” motion frames, it can sometimes generate motion that suggests clothing shifting or being removed even though it’s not a real recording.

We review every video and keep everything reasonably prudent. We do not post content that intentionally shows nipples, genitalia, or other private parts. If AI produces anything inappropriate, we will edit it, cover it, crop it, or not use it.

Yes (recommended). We aim to provide a preview for approval before posting, when feasible. If you do not approve it, we will not post it.

Yes. You can request privacy edits such as:

• Cropping out your face

• Blurring tattoos/identifying marks

• No tagging

• Using initials only

Include your request in the form submission notes.

We may do standard edits for presentation and privacy such as:

• Cropping

• Blurring identifying details

• Adjusting brightness/contrast for clarity

• Adding text overlays (e.g., “Pre‑Op / After,” “Results vary,” “Posted with permission”)

We do not intentionally edit in a way that misrepresents the result.

Typical turnaround depends on volume. If your submission is selected, we’ll contact you (or send a preview) as soon as we can. Not all submissions can be posted immediately. We are busy with patient care so this is usually done in our free time.

Not necessarily. We love receiving submissions, but we may not feature every one due to:

• Quality/lighting issues

• Privacy or content concerns

• Duplicate styles/themes

• Posting schedule limitations

Submitting does not guarantee posting.

No. This is a voluntary feature and there is no payment for participation.

If we run a promotion (for example, a small thank-you gift or monthly giveaway), the details will be clearly described at the time of the offer.

You can revoke permission for future use by contacting us in writing. However, if something has already been posted publicly, it may have been shared or saved by others and may not be fully removable everywhere online.

We do not post medical record details. We only use the images and the limited information you authorize in the consent form. You control whether you’re tagged and whether identifying features are shown.

If you’re uncomfortable for any reason, contact us right away. We will take your concern seriously and will work with you on next steps, including discontinuing future use.

Yes. We will not post content that includes:

• Visible private parts (nipples/genitalia)

• Explicit nudity or sexually explicit content

• Content that appears unsafe, illegal, or harassing

• Photos that include identifiable individuals who haven’t consented

We reserve the right to decline any submission for professionalism, privacy, or platform safety reasons.

Most smartphones work great. The form typically accepts common image formats (such as JPG/JPEG, PNG, HEIC). If your upload fails, try taking a screenshot of the photo (to convert formats) or contact us for help.

You can still submit. If we feature your result, it may be posted on our channels even if you don’t have social media.
