Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for cosmetic surgery and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Provide pre-operative, intra-procedural and post-operative care to patients undergoing awake minimally-invasive cosmetic procedures.
   2. Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures including sterile field setup.
   3. Educate patients and support them throughout their journey, in the preoperative, intraoperative, immediate and late postoperative setting including communicating effectively with patient care consultants. 
   4. Monitor patients for potential complications and ensure their comfort and safety at all times.
   5. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any adverse reactions.
   6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
   7. Perform stock-keeping on surgical supplies, and order supplies from distributors. 
   8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in cosmetic surgery and nursing best practices.
   9. Assume other responsibilities as determined by the Practice Manager and Medical Director.
   10. Stay in compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
       
       

Qualifications:

1. 1. Current and unrestricted Illinois nursing license (both RN and LPN licenses are considered).
   2. Minimum of 2 years experience in surgical nursing, preferably in cosmetic or plastic surgery settings.
   3. Exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills.
   4. Availability to work flexible hours including overtime, including occasional weekends.
   5. BLS and ACLS certifications.
   6. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
   7. Authorization to work without restrictions in the United States.
