Our consultation appointments are highly sought after. As a courtesy, we offer a one-time complimentary in-person consultation with Dr Farrugia. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, the full nonrefundable consultation fee will become due. This fee must be paid upon rescheduling and can be applied toward your procedure cost if you choose to move forward with booking your procedure. Also, clients are ineligible for promotional pricing after missed consultation appointments. We value your time and ask for the same consideration in return.

We simplified our consultation process so you can easily complete it on a mobile phone, tablet or computer and instantly book your consultation with Dr Farrugia.
Once you click the "Consultation Form" link, we will verify your mobile phone number by sending you a code to ensure your privacy and security.
Complete a questionnaire where you tell us how we can help you and answer some questions pertaining to your health. Your safety and appropriateness of the procedure is of paramount importance to us.
Once your health questionanire is completed, you can self-book your consultation at a date and time convenient for you.
If you opt for a virtual video consultation instead of in-person in our Chicago office, we will send a link to your own secure folder where you can send us photos of your areas of interest. Photos are not required for an in-person consultation.
