The 4-Part Chin & Jawline Assessment
Not every chin and jawline concern needs the same treatment. The assessment considers:
1. Location of fullness
Under the chin, along the jawline, or into the upper neck.
2. Removable fat
Whether liposuction can create meaningful definition.
3. Skin quality
Whether liposuction alone or liposuction with Renuvion is appropriate.
4. Desired result
Natural refinement rather than a standardized or exaggerated jawline.
If this procedure is unlikely to produce the improvement you want, Dr. Farrugia will explain that during your consultation.
Two treatment plans, selected for you
Chin & Jawline Lipo — $3,500 all-in
FormSculpt® tumescent local-anesthesia liposuction for the chin, jawline and upper neck, selected after the 4-Part Chin & Jawline Assessment.
Chin & Jawline Lipo + Renuvion — $5,500 all-in
The same awake liposuction plan with a $2,000 Renuvion add-on when additional skin contraction is indicated. Renuvion is included only in the combined plan.
What the all-in price includes
- Dr. Farrugia’s surgeon and procedure fee for the selected Chin & Jawline plan.
- A private in-office procedure setting.
- Tumescent local anesthesia for the selected procedure.
- Standard procedure supplies.
- A clinically necessary chin recovery garment supplied by BodyLuxe.
- Scheduled postoperative visits at one week, three months, and six months.
- Routine postoperative access to Dr. Farrugia’s direct phone number.
The package does not include Ellacor, treatment of an additional area unless separately written and priced, financing charges, or third-party financing terms. Prescription or over-the-counter medication obtained outside BodyLuxe, if needed, and external laboratory tests or medical clearance, if required, are separately paid. Revision, complication, or additional-treatment costs are governed by a separate written policy.
Follow-up and staged Ellacor
Follow-up appointments are scheduled at one week, three months, and six months.
Ellacor may be offered selectively as a separately priced secondary procedure no earlier than three months after chin and jawline liposuction.

What is BodyLuxe Chin & Jawline?
It is awake chin, jawline and upper-neck liposuction using the FormSculpt® tumescent local-anesthesia technique, with Renuvion when indicated.
How much does Chin & Jawline Lipo cost?
Chin & Jawline Lipo is $3,500 all-in. When Renuvion is indicated, the add-on is $2,000 and the combined plan is $5,500 all-in.
Is Renuvion included in every plan?
No. Renuvion is included only in the combined plan when additional skin contraction is indicated.
What views are used for before-and-after photographs?
Front and lateral views only, labeled with the actual elapsed time.
When are follow-up appointments?
At one week, three months, and six months.
Is Ellacor included?
No. Ellacor is separately priced and may be offered selectively no earlier than three months after liposuction.
What does a consultation cost?
An in-person consultation has a $25 nonrefundable booking fee. A virtual consultation has a $75 nonrefundable consultation fee.
Book your Chin & Jawline consultation
For new bookings made on or after June 1, 2026, the fee is paid at scheduling. You may reschedule at no cost at least 72 hours before the appointment, and the fee transfers to the new appointment time. Cancellations, no-shows, and late rescheduling requests are nonrefundable and require a new applicable fee unless BodyLuxe grants a manual exception.
If you complete the consultation and reserve a procedure date with a procedure deposit within 60 days, BodyLuxe applies the applicable consultation fee toward the procedure cost. If BodyLuxe must cancel or reschedule, the fee transfers to a new appointment time or is refunded if BodyLuxe cannot offer a suitable alternative. Existing appointments booked under prior terms remain grandfathered unless superseded by a later exact owner decision.
