Return & Refund Policy (Retail products)

IMPORTANT: This policy covers retail products purchased online from collection.bodyluxe.com. Items purchased or picked up in person, and services purchased at BodyLuxe PLLC are excluded from this policy.

1) Overview

The BodyLuxe Collection sells skincare and personal-care products. Due to the nature of these items and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final as described below.

This policy explains when (if ever) returns or refunds are available and how to contact us with order issues.

2) All Sales Final (No Returns / No Exchanges)

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Opened or unopened skincare products

  • Used, tested, or partially used products

  • Products purchased during promotions, discounts, bundles, or “final sale” events

We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law (see Section 6).

3) No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • “Changed my mind” / no longer want the item

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or results

  • Skin sensitivity or allergic reaction (individual results vary)

Important: If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you have known sensitivities, please review ingredients carefully and patch test before use.

4) Order Issues: Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

While we do not accept returns or issue refunds (unless required by law), we want your order to arrive correctly.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, open a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the shipping box and product(s), if applicable

Resolution (if confirmed): At our discretion, we may provide a replacement or reshipment for the affected item(s). We may require you to return the damaged skincare product and provide a return shipping label.Do NOT dispose of the damaged product prior to receiving instructions from us for its return/replacement.

5) Shipping, Delivery Problems, and Address Errors

A) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we are not responsible for the loss. If the package is returned successfully, we may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply). Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

B) Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. We may assist with filing a carrier claim, but replacements or reshipments are not guaranteed.

6) Refunds Required by Law (Including Unshipped Orders)

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

In addition, for orders placed online, by phone, or by mail, U.S. federal rules generally require sellers to have a reasonable basis to ship within the time stated (or within 30 days if no time is stated). If we cannot ship within the promised (or required) timeframe, we will provide the legally required notice and options, which may include the ability to cancel for a refund of any unshipped merchandise, as required.

Where a refund is legally required:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless the law allows another method and you agree.

  • Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

7) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback does not change this policy, and we may provide order and delivery documentation to the payment processor in response to disputes.

8) Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date listed at the top.
