SHAPE THE MIDSECTION AS ONE CONNECTED CONTOUR
Shape the abdomen, waist, and back as one connected contour.
FormSculpt 360 Lipo coordinates the abdomen, waist, flanks, and selected back areas to shape the midsection from multiple angles. “360” describes the connected contouring concept; your written plan names the exact regions selected for your anatomy and goals.
Understand which FormSculpt plan fits your goal
FormSculpt is BodyLuxe’s tumescent local-anesthesia liposuction technique. Awake Liposuction explains the anesthesia experience. FormSculpt 360 focuses on how selected midsection areas are planned together.

Awake Liposuction
The anesthesia approach: tumescent local anesthesia keeps the treatment area numb while you remain awake and able to communicate.

Why connected planning can create a more balanced contour
Dr. Farrugia evaluates the midsection from the front, sides, and back so adjacent contours are planned together. You will know which regions are included and how each one contributes to the shape you want.
Plan the whole silhouette
The plan considers how each treated area blends into the next instead of treating isolated pockets without context.
Choose each area for a reason
Every selected region should contribute meaningfully to your contouring goal, with the scope written clearly before treatment.
Match the plan to your anatomy
Skin quality, abdominal-wall anatomy, prior procedures, and the amount of connected treatment help determine whether one session or a staged plan makes the most sense.
What your consultation will clarify
Your consultation starts with the areas that bother you most, then connects them into the smallest plan likely to create a balanced improvement for your proportions.
Your priority areas
Show us the front, side, and back views you want to improve. Dr. Farrugia will identify which treatment boundaries belong together.
How neighboring contours work together
You will see how the proposed regions meet and why coordinated treatment may improve those transitions.
What your skin and anatomy can support
Skin elasticity, existing asymmetry, scars, prior liposuction, and the location of fat shape the recommendation and expected degree of change.
Whether targeted or staged treatment fits better
If a smaller targeted plan, staging, skin treatment, or skin-removal surgery fits better, Dr. Farrugia will explain why and help you compare the options.
Targeted liposuction or FormSculpt 360: which fits your goal?
Targeted-area planning
Targeted liposuction may be enough when your concern is localized and the neighboring contours already work well together.
360 configuration planning
FormSculpt 360 may add value when the abdomen, waist, flanks, or selected back areas contribute together to the silhouette you want to change.
Dr. Farrugia will show you which approach fits your anatomy and priorities and provide the selected regions in writing.
When a 360-degree plan adds value
FormSculpt 360 may fit when fullness across more than one connected midsection area affects the silhouette and treating a single spot would leave the overall contour incomplete. Dr. Farrugia evaluates subcutaneous fat, skin, abdominal-wall anatomy, prior surgery or liposuction, body size, symmetry, and the extent that can be treated appropriately in one session.
Several connected areas shape your concern
Your goal is to improve how the abdomen, waist, flanks, or back relate to one another rather than focus on a single isolated pocket.
Your anatomy supports liposuction
Your skin quality, abdominal wall, fat distribution, and prior procedures help determine whether liposuction alone is likely to create the change you want.
The scope feels purposeful and manageable
You should understand why every region is included, what can reasonably change, and what recovery is likely to involve.
What FormSculpt 360 can—and cannot—change
- Your written plan lists the abdomen, waist, flank, and selected back regions included for you.
- It contours fat beneath the skin and is designed to improve shape rather than reduce overall body weight.
- Loose skin or abdominal-wall concerns may need a different or combined plan to achieve the change you want.
- Your anatomy and healing influence the final contour, which is why the plan and expected change are personalized.
When loose skin, muscle separation, skeletal anatomy, visceral fat, or asymmetry contributes to your concern, Dr. Farrugia will explain how that affects the recommendation and which alternatives may help.
How the front, sides, and back are planned together
Dr. Farrugia assesses the contour while you stand and marks the specific upper and lower abdomen, waist, flank, and back regions included in your plan. Position changes during treatment provide access to the connected surfaces. Not every named area or a fixed number of areas is automatically included; the written plan and quote define your configuration.
1. Show us the contour you want to improve
Dr. Farrugia evaluates the torso from the front, sides, and back and identifies the transitions most important to your goal.
2. Review the exact treatment map
You review the selected regions, boundaries, expected change, quote, and alternatives before deciding whether to proceed.
3. Prepare with a written care plan
The team confirms preparation, comfort, compression, activity, transportation, and follow-up so the practical details are clear before treatment.
What recovery from a larger contouring plan involves
Soreness, bruising, swelling, drainage, firmness, and temporary numbness can involve several connected areas. Short walks begin as directed, while compression, sleep position, work, exercise, travel, and follow-up are individualized. Some patients need more recovery time than after a small targeted procedure. The silhouette becomes easier to judge as swelling decreases over several months.
You receive a written recovery plan and direct guidance from the BodyLuxe team throughout follow-up.
Risks and limits of a 360-degree plan
Important risks include bleeding or fluid collection, infection, delayed healing, scarring or pigment change, prolonged swelling or altered sensation, contour irregularity or asymmetry, loose or uneven skin, skin injury, blood clots, medication or anesthesia complications, and possible revision. FormSculpt 360 is not a weight-loss procedure and cannot guarantee a specific waist, body shape, amount of fat removal, or skin tightening.
At consultation, Dr. Farrugia connects those risks to your health and proposed scope and explains the precautions, warning signs, and follow-up plan.

FormSculpt 360 questions patients ask
What does FormSculpt 360 mean?
It is BodyLuxe’s coordinated liposuction configuration for selected abdomen, waist, flank, and back areas, planned as one connected contour.
Is every named torso region included?
No. Your written plan names the exact abdomen, waist, flank, and selected back regions included for you.
Is it the same as targeted-area liposuction?
Targeted liposuction addresses a localized concern. FormSculpt 360 coordinates selected midsection areas across the front, sides, and back.
Is it the same as Awake Liposuction?
No. Awake liposuction describes the anesthesia approach; FormSculpt 360 describes the connected midsection configuration.
Does it tighten loose skin?
It removes fat to improve contour, but loose skin may need Renuvion, a mini tummy tuck, a full tummy tuck, or another plan after examination.
How is cost determined?
Lipo 360 starts at $7,500, including the $1,995 surgical fee. The final cost depends on the selected regions and services in your plan. After consultation, you receive an itemized written quote. Confirm which abdomen, waist, flank and back areas are included, whether any additional procedure is proposed, and which fees or recovery items are included or paid separately. See our procedure pricing for current published information.
How long is recovery?
It varies with treatment extent, work, activity, and healing. Your written instructions cover garments, positioning, work, exercise, travel, and help at home.
Is it intended to reduce body weight?
No. It is a contouring procedure for fat beneath the skin, not a treatment for obesity or a promised change on the scale.
